  1. Full Asset Inventory of the contents of the home

  2. Valuation of the Inventory:

    • Agreed value item section where we guide the client on replacement values and reach consensus on behalf of insurers and underwriters
    • Replacement value item section where we record brand names and model numbers where possible and apply an estimated replacement value
  3. Valuables: We have extensive experience in Antiques, Artwork, Oriental Carpets though we are not experts in the fields. These are dealt with on the Agreed Value basis and most clients are comfortable with this procedure. Qantam does NOT value jewellery though we will assist by including any information given to us by the client at the time of the valuation and suggest to them that they have their jewellery valued by an expert.
