We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Information which we may collect about you:
- Company name, email address, first name, last name, address and phone number.
- Records of correspondence or enquiries from you or anyone acting on your behalf;
- Details of assessments you carried out with us;
- Qantam may ask additional questions to ensure that our website and content we provide is in line with your needs.>
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and personal data provided by you the User.
- Your personal information is stored by third-party client relations management system and other third-party party tools for managing appointments, by opting in to either of the above mentioned forms, the User hereby grants consent that your personal information may be store on the above mentioned management systems. If you do not wish for your personal information to be stored in a such a management system, please contact us directly on care@qantam.co.za and specify that you do not wish for your personal information to be stored on our third party systems. Please note that should your details not be stored on our third-party system, we may not be able to provide you with all our services.
- Where you provide us with the personal information of third parties you should take steps to inform the third party that you need to disclose their details to us, identifying us. We will process their personal information in accordance with this policy.
- We have implemented reasonable technical and operational measures to keep your personal information secure
- All our data is stored securely within the Microsoft Azure environment across the EU and South African Data Centers
We use your information to provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
- To provide you with services you have requested and notify you about important changes or developments to these services;
- To respond to your inquiries and/or complaints or process your requests in relation to your information;
- To follow up as part of our customer care procedures;
- To update our records about you;
- For internal record keeping;
- To improve our products and services;
Qantam processes your personal information for the purposes outlined above where:
- The processing of your personal information is necessary to perform a service or enter into a contract with you;
- The processing of your personal information is necessary for us to comply with legal and regulatory obligations; or
- The processing is necessary to support our legitimate interests in managing our business (or those of a third party) provided such interests are not overridden by your interests and rights.
- If you do not provide the information we need, we may not be able to provide our services to you. Where you provide us with the personal information of third parties you should take steps to inform the third party that you need to disclose their details to us, identifying us. We will process their personal information in accordance with this Policy and our Data Protection Statement

- Other companies in the Qantam group of companies;
- Selected third parties to provide us with services, including companies that provide us with technical support and assistance in respect of the Website, companies that provide back-office services, companies that provide hosting services or, that track the Website’s activities and analytics;

- To the an agent acting on your behalf; e.g. a broker or insurer; and
- a third party that acquires all or part of our assets or shares, or that succeeds us in carrying on all or a part of our business, whether by merger, acquisition, reorganisation or otherwise.
We may retain your personal information indefinitely, unless you object, in which case we will only retain it if we are permitted or required to do so in terms of Applicable Laws. However, as a general rule, we will retain your information in accordance with retention periods set out in Applicable Laws, unless we need to retain it for longer for a lawful purpose. (For example, for the purposes of complaints handling or disputes etc)
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us at care@qantam.co.za.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfil services we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, to South Africa
