You purchase personal insurance policies to protect a loss of your belongings (Contents and Buildings) and expect that these will cover you in the event of a claim. Sadly, this is not always the case and we would like to assist you before you suffer an unfortunate loss. If you are underinsured you could stand to lose a great deal in the event of a claim.

Qantam conducts asset inventories, valuations and risk surveys on contents and buildings for domestic and commercial policies.

Our services are for the purposes of:

1. Establishing a reasonable estimate of the replacement cost of contents and buildings so as to establish the sums insured.
2. Reaching consensus with you – we agree to the replacement values with you.
3. Reporting on risks and underwriting factors so as to enable your broker or insurer to best advise you on insurance.
4. Maintaining the accuracy of the asset inventories with the Update Service.
