Qantam Commitment
 
Qantam Risk Assessment is an authorised Financial Services Provider (Licence No. 3349) and expresses its
commitment towards compliance with FAIS and other applicable legislation.
The company also has strict policies regarding the below aspects and all staff adhere to these policies:

1. Waiver of Rights
 
Under no circumstances must a client be induced to waive any rights such as the right to a copy of the advice or any other right as it is null and void.

2. Conflict of Interests
 
2.1 Qantam Risk Assessment (Pty) Ltd must disclose to the client, the existence of any personal interest in the relevant service or of any circumstance, which gives rise to an actual or potential conflict of interest in relation to such serviced and take all reasonable steps to ensure fair treatment of the client.
 
2.2 Non-cash incentives offered and / or other indirect consideration payable by another provider, a product supplier or any other person to Qantam Risk Assessment (Pty) Ltd could be viewed as a potential conflict of interest.
 
3. Confidentiality
 
Under no circumstances must any information received from the client or a supplier regarding the client be disclosed unless it falls within the standard information sharing agreement or the client has given permission.
 
4. Gifts Policy
 
Any gifts received from any product supplier or client in excess of R100, be it cash or presents, must be entered in Qantam Risk Assessment’s Gifts Register.
